People often think of an organization’s assets in terms of cash, inventory, buildings, equipment, and other tangible assets. However, probably the most important asset can make or break the success of today’s organizations. I am talking about PEOPLE. The company's employees, after all, are the ones that produce value to the stakeholder and customers while all the while making profit for the organization.

I firmly believe that keeping employees content, happy, and creative is not only the best practice from a humanistic point of view, but it also has a huge effect on the company's innovative capacities and financial growth.

Inspired by God, I embraced His vision for Chayil Academy to help WOMEN LEAD with femininity and LIVE an abundant life. It's my heart's desire that YOU find inspiration, empowerment, and spiritual growth with the God destined resources and community within Chayil Academy and to make purposeful impact in the various roles of your life including servant leader, wife, mother, daughter, and/or friend.
